Art & Online Materials
Art and online materials must be ordered from Bill Young Productions. Each can be modified to your market specifications. Before going live, send all proofs to your Borman Entertainment rep for approval.
Art Guidelines
All ads and banners must be sent to your Borman Entertainment rep for approval.
No venue logo should be inserted into the art. We ask that you typeset the venue name using the type style included in the style guide you ordered from BYP. This is to insure our art looks as clean as possible.
The promoter logo can be inserted at the bottom of the art (not to exceed sizes found in the sample provided by BYP). Only one logo is allowed for the promoter.
Only the primary ticket outlet is to be listed in the art. No additional websites are to be listed as a click-thru to the primary ticket sales location.
Radio and Social Media Video
Radio and social media videos must be ordered from Bill Young Productions. Only BYP spots can be utilized to promote Keith Urban shows.

Radio Spot Guidelines
We have :15, :30, and :60 second radio spots available via BYP.
We also have a rotator spot for each that should be ordered and utilized in your campaign.
Only the primary ticket seller is to be mentioned, in the simplest form possible ("tickets available at Ticketmaster"). No websites or phone numbers are to be included.
On :15s and :30s, do not include promoter mention due to time limitation.
