Event Marketing Plan

If you are marketing Keith’s show in an overall campaign that includes other acts and attractions, we would like to receive a general description of your marketing plan.  Please let us know which radio stations are being utilized in your campaign, either through paid advertising or ticket promotions.

Radio and TV Spots

If you are running Keith Urban specific radio/TV spots, those may be ordered through Bill Young Productions: 281-240-7400 or online at byp.com.  If you need video footage of Keith Urban to use in a festival-type television spot, contact Bill Young Productions and order a SUPERLESS MASTER.

If you are producing your own festival-type radio spots, we ask that you consult with your Borman Marketer on song selection.

Digital Marketing

Facebook - one post announcing pre-sale and on-sale dates (may include several shows if they have the same on-sale date)

  • X - one post announcing pre-sale and on-sale dates (may include several shows if they have the same on-sale date)

  • E-blast - one geotargeted e-blast to Keith Urban's fan club database announcing pre-sale and on-sale dates

  • Instagram (STORY ONLY) - one post on Keith's Instagram story announcing relevant pre-sale and on-sale dates (may include several shows if they have the same on-sale date)

If your show requires additional support around closing, we will grant advertising access for Facebook only.

All social posts that specifically mention Keith Urban should tag his social handles: 

  • Facebook: @keithurban

  • Instagram: @keithurban

  • X: @keithurban

We request the following from all festivals/fairs: 

  • Show hashtag

  • Show social handles (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram)

  • Links to show social media pages

Ad Mats, Flyers, & Posters              

Artwork is available to you to create posters and flyers. You must obtain approval from management before going to print. You can find artwork to create your posters and flyers in the Publicity section.

All ads that utilize Keith Urban’s name or likeness must be submitted to management for approval.

Announce Date

Announcement of your on sale date must be approved in advance by Borman Entertainment.  This is important so that we can coordinate the announcement with the digital team.

On Sale Date

The date and time that tickets go on sale to the public must be approved in advance by Borman Entertainment.

Welcoming Radio Station

If you wish to have a "welcoming" radio station for your show, this must be discussed and agreed-upon in advance. In some cases, it will be better to remain "neutral" without singling out one station for special privileges.

Radio Promotion

If your country radio stations can focus on Keith and/or his music for promotions, we have a list of ideas below that you can pitch to your stations. These are not set in stone, so if a station wants to alter a promotion or pitch their own idea, we’re open to those ideas! All radio promotions must be approved in advance.
