Marketing Plan

Your complete marketing/advertising plan should be emailed to Donna Jean at Borman Entertainment at least 14 days prior to the on-sale date. This should include requests for media sponsors as well as all media you intend to use.

Please make sure your marketing plan contains:

  • Media schedules and all other marketing expenses. Advertising must be submitted as NET.

  • Ticket trades with media

  • Exact run dates and times of schedules (e.g. 6:00 am-10:00 am)

  • Ad frequencies

Announce/On-Sale Dates

The announce and on-sale dates (including pre-sales and public on-sale) must be approved in advance.

Closing Campaign

Please hold good-quality back-end tickets (e.g. countdowns, front row, etc.) for your media sponsors as a way of saying "thank you" in the event the show has an advance sellout.
