“Presenting” Radio Stations
We will mutually agree on welcoming rights for radio. In order to make the best decision, we will need to know this history of the market for the past 12 months (who played there, what stations were involved, and in what capacity).
Media Sponsor Promotions
We expect heavy promotional activity from media sponsors that focuses on Keith Urban, the support act, and/or their music. We prefer that you outline your promotions by utilizing the standardized forms we provide. All promotions must be approved in advance.
For each show, a very limited number Meet & Greet passes are available for giveaway by each media partner. Winners (and their guests) will have the opportunity to meet and be photographed with Keith prior to the show. These passes will be granted only after promotional proposals are submitted by each sponsor and approved by representatives from the concert promoter and Keith's management company. Passes should be packaged with premium tickets for the promotion.
Promotion Proposal Forms
We have provided specialized forms to use when soliciting proposals from media sponsors. These forms have been created to help standardize communications with promotional partners involved in the show.
When approaching media partners for proposals, have them first submit the pre-sale promo form which covers the time period from initial announce through the public on sale date.
The maintenance promo form covers the time period from the on sale date until the week of the show. Promotional partners may wait to submit this form until after the on sale date.
If we sell out the show on the break, we will still want the week-of-show promo form completed by the PRIMARY media partners. When you first communicate with the primary sponsors, let them know that they will receive back-end tickets as our way of saying "thank you" for a sold out show. Please make sure you hold these tickets before the on sale, as this is already pre-approved by Borman Entertainment.
Day of show events must be cleared in advance. Complete the day-of-show form and return it to Borman Entertainment for approval. NOTE: this form is to be completed by THE PROMOTER, not the media sponsors. We created the form to make sure that the sponsors, venue, promoter, and management are all on the same page with regard to day of show activity.

Promotion Ideas
Below are several promotional ideas our media sponsors can utilize in support of our show. Please copy and paste to forward any of these to media. Whether they choose to use one of these ideas or your own, we ask that any promotions be focused on Keith and/or his music.
*Please note that majority of these promotions were created for radio stations, but they can be altered for any type of media sponsor.
The Last Time “We Were” at a Keith Urban Concert
Fans will post pictures with their friends of or call in to tell us about the last time “we were” at a Keith Urban concert with their friends — they must use the title of the song to qualify! Each eligible post will be qualified to win the grand prize!
Complete The Lyrics
Stations will play a part of a Keith Urban song (like “Parallel Line”) and fans have to complete the lyrics! If they get it correct, they’ll win tickets and/or be qualified for a meet & greet.
Back-to-Back Keith
Have listeners call in when they hear two Keith Urban songs in a row. Call number xx wins a pair of tickets. You could also mash-up Keith Urban and opening act songs, and the first caller to correctly name which songs were used wins.
"The Fighter" Carpool Karaoke
Show off your karaoke skills! Post a video of you and a friend/friends singing to "The Fighter" in the car, just like Keith and Nicole! Winners will get a pair of Backstage Experience packages. You can also choose runners-up to receive tickets. Click here for an example of a winning video.
Beat the Blues Week of Winning
This promotion can be altered to fit best with your station. Station will offer a "Beat the Blues Week of Winning" with a pair of tickets given away each day during the morning, midday, or afternoon drive. “Never Comin Down”
We’ll make sure you’re “Never Comin Down” with Keith Urban tickets! Call in when you hear that song played, and you’ll be qualified to win tickets to Keith Urban’s show!
“Never Comin Down” Till I Win Keith Urban Tickets
This can be executed on socials — have fans post a picture of themselves “up” on something with the hashtag #nevercomindown. The most creative picture wins tickets.
What the Bleep?
A line of a Keith Urban song will be played with one word bleeped out. Listeners have to call in and correctly identify the bleeped out word. The first caller to guess correctly wins!
"Count Keith Songs" Promotion
This promotion can run over a weekend or during a specific on-air shift for an entire week (M-F).
*Example: Listen to (insert on-air talent) or all weekend for Keith Urban songs...count every Keith song we play, and when we cue you to call in with the correct amount, we'll put you in the front row if you've counted your Keith correctly!
Last Word Game
Listeners will be given the first line of a Keith Urban song, and they must supply the next line of that song as well as the name of the song.
