Local Pre-Sale, On-Sale, and Closing
Upon show announcement, we will provide the following:
Facebook - one geotargeted post announcing pre-sale and on-sale dates (may include several shows if they have the same on-sale date)
Twitter - one post announcing pre-sale and on-sale dates (may include several shows if they have the same on-sale date)
E-blast - one geotargeted e-blast to Keith Urban's fan club database announcing pre-sale and on-sale dates
If your show requires additional support around closing, we will grant advertising access for Facebook only.
Facebook Event
If your show's ticket provider automatically creates a Facebook event for the show, we require to be listed as a co-host and access to edit the event.
If your ticket provider does not automatically create a Facebook event for the show, Keith Urban's digital team will create one and will list you, the venue, and/or the ticket platform as co-hosts.
Dark Posts/Advertising Access
Upon request, we will grant advertising access for Facebook only. All creative must be approved by the Keith Urban digital team ahead of time.
