DAY OF SHOW

Media/Photographer Requests

Submit any print or television requests to both Paul Freundlich at PFA Media (paulf@pfamedia.net) and Shaun Gold (sgold@pfamedia.net). Further contact information is found on the Publicity page.

Policy for Show Photography & Film

Photographers for print, digital, and radio as well as house photographers may shoot the first two (2) songs of the performance from the sound board only (please bring long lens). We do not allow any professional photography from the pit. It is okay to use flash.

Photo Release form can be found here.

No photo agencies permitted. Everyone must be on direct assignment from a news or entertainment outlet.

Television cameras may shoot approximately ninety (90) seconds of each of the first two (2) songs of the performance from the sound board location only, but cannot plug in to use audio from the sound board.

Radio Remotes and Interview Requests

Management needs to know which country radio stations will be on site. Use the DAY OF SHOW form (also found on Radio Info page) to provide all day of show information. We'll need to discuss and confirm any on-site requests or day-of-show opportunities in advance of the show.

Please note that country radio stations are permitted to broadcast live from management-approved setups in the concourse or outside the venue. Broadcasting from the backstage area, however, is prohibited.
